Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves selling products or services directly to consumers or businesses. This is a 100% commission only, average representative pay range is listed however there is no cap. Unlimited potential customers. We provide you with the resources so that you are in control of your financial destiny. You can work full-time or part-time and do extremely well. You will need your own means of reliable transportation in order to meet prospects and close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Present product demonstrations to potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales, outside sales, or account management
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in is a plus
- Knowledge of business development and technology sales
- Familiarity with technical sales processes
